INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON SEDIMENT TRANSPORT
This page only exists in English:
Sediment transport is an issue relevant for all three main objectives of water resources management. Focus of this workshop was on water protection and on water use (in particular the implications with hydropower exploitation). Flood protection issues have not been addressed in particular. With respect to water protection and sediment transport, the focus was on the sediment regime (bed-load and suspended material) like quantitative aspects. Purpose of the workshop was the exchange of knowledge and experience across the Alpine space. The output of the workshop is a summary paper which gives an overview of the workshop and presents the main issues from the discussions. Please find below the links for the download of the summary paper (WS-program included) as well as all presentations held at the workshop.
