The protection of your personal data is particularly important for us. We only process your data in accordance with the existing legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). The following information on our data protection policy illustrates the most important aspects of data processing in relation to our website.
CONTACT WITH US
When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide are stored for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. These data are not provided to third parties without your prior authorisation.
WEB ANALYSIS
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To this purpose, it uses cookies, which enable the analysis of how the website is used by its users. The generated information is transferred to the server of the provider and stored there.
You can prevent this by changing your browser’s settings and selecting that no cookies are stored.
We have signed a specific contract on the commissioned processing of data with our provider.
Data are processed according to the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 of the TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 letter a (Consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our interest, according to the definition of the GDPR (legitimate interest), is the improvement of our offer and of our online presence.
The user data are stored for a period of 14 months.
NEWSLETTER
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter through our website. To this purpose, we need your e-mail address and your agreement to receive the newsletter.

You have the right of access, to rectification, erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, to lodge a complaint and to withdraw consent.
