“Cold hands, warm heart for nature protection”, summarized the participants the WWF Riverwalk at the meeting with Secretary General Markus Reiterer on the July 25. The 17-37 years old Riverwalker have accomplished about half of the journey along the river Inn from Maloja to Passau and told about their experiences and the background. The by now third Riverwalk of the WWF has been organized to focus on the decreasing natural courses of rivers and the topic of water management. “The Riverwalk supplies an important contribution to the awareness rising! For that I thank the participants and wish them in particular better weather”, said Markus Reiterer.
