Alpine Knowledge - SOIA

SOIA, the System for the Observation and Information on the Alps, is a support for policy development and for the implementation of existing priorities set out in the Alpine Convention and its protocols. Its aim is to optimise communication on research and observation activities and spread the relevant results. One basic activity of the SOIA is the regular elaboration of the Report on the State of the Alps (RSA) as well as the Alpine Convention Atlas.
