It is with great pleasure that we inform you about a new Infopoint of the Alpine Convention that was established earlier this week in Mojstrana, Slovenia. Building on long-lasting cooperation between the Planinski muzej and the Permanent Secretariat the Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of the Infopoint was signed between the director of the Gornjesavski muzej Jesenice, Ms Irena Lačen Benedičič and the Secretary General of the Alpine Convention, Mr Markus Reiterer. Mr Reiterer on this occasion said: “I am very happy to develop our cooperation with the museum even further with the establishment of the info-point here in Mojstrana. I am convinced the museum will continue to play an important role in facilitating the implementation of the Alpine Convention in this territory”.
